The Ukestra jam this Saturday, April 11, 10:30 am-12:30 pm, at Corbin Senior Activity Center, 827 W. Cleveland, Spokane.
We are trying something different. Please bring only your Yellow Book for this jam. Hand-outs are welcome, but we’ll stick to the Yellow Book otherwise this time. (If this works out, other books will get their turn at another jam.)
This is the beginner friendly jam for the first hour. Please pick songs with 1-3 chords as we go around the circle. After that, anything goes!
Beginner’s workshop # 3, 9:30-10:15—building on the basic strum; songs in the key of F. As usual, we’ll be using the Yellow Book.
We can get into the room at 9 am for set up.
You’ll need your ukulele, music, music stand and snacks to share (optional). Chairs are provided.
